- Client Rights: Clients receive full personal or commercial usage rights to print, share, and publish their finalized, edited assets as specified in their service contracts.
- Studio Promotional Usage: As a creative studio, B.O Studios reserves the right to use select images and video snippets from our sessions for our professional portfolio, website gallery, and social media channels to showcase our work.
- Privacy Opt-Out: We highly value your comfort and privacy. If your corporate event is highly confidential, or if you prefer your lifestyle or family portraits to remain entirely private and off the internet, please notify us in writing before the shoot. We happily honor all non-disclosure and privacy requests.
5. Security & Secure Delivery
We implement robust organizational and digital measures to protect your files against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:
- Final edited media files are delivered via secure, private, password-protected online galleries.
- Raw and backup files are stored on secure physical drives and encrypted cloud servers.
- We retain final client galleries for a standard period of 6 months post-delivery, after which files may be archived or safely purged. We recommend downloading and backing up your copies promptly upon delivery.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
B.O Studios will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or media assets to third-party marketers. We only share relevant data with trusted partners under strict confidentiality guidelines when necessary to fulfill your project (for example, a specialized third-party printing press for yearbooks or physical photo albums).
